Some people just have a flair for cooking, it comes naturally — Toni is one of those people. In her 20’s Toni and her husband Mark owned and ran the iconic Bella Napoli Restaurant in Church Street Brighton and later set up what is now the very popular Le Roy in St.Kilda.
