He also has substantila experience in commercialisation of innovative products and services, covering international agreements, fundraising intellectual property, property, company creation/structuring/shareholder agreements/governance, commerical and estate planning for Australian and international based clients.
He also provides commerical counsel to strategy for fast growing technology businesses with an international focus.
He also sits on the charity Boards in Australia, India and Africa and mentors students and executives in several countries. He has recently joined the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Melbourne and is its President nominee for 2023-2024.
