One of the most exciting restaurants on Melbourne’s food scene, Sunda is a one hat modern Southeast Asian and Australian restaurant on Punch Lane in the city. This is the place that created the Roti with Vegemite Curry, which appeared on MasterChef (2021), and which is known for its vibrant, rich flavours and sophisticated take on dishes such as the ‘otak otak’, ‘gado gado’, egg noodles with XO sauce and pie tee.
