We are seeking a dynamic and caring Teacher to join our Learning Strategies Team at the Wheelers Hill Campus of Caulfield Grammar School. 

This is a full-time, two year fixed-term position, working as part of a supportive and collegial team. Commencing Term 1, 2025 you will be providing one-on-one, small group and classroom support for Middle and Senior School students. A key part of your role will be collaborating with classroom teachers to plan, resource and implement Individual Learning Plans for Literacy and Numeracy. As a valued member of our team, you will be part of making a real difference by positively impacting student experience and contributing to our School community.
