We are delighted to announce the official opening of the Wheelers Hill Pavilion, by Principal Ashleigh Martin and Executive Director of the Caulfield Grammar School Foundation, Andrew Cole. Andrew Cole commenced proceedings by emphasising that the Pavilion is a wonderful example of what philanthropy can do for a School and a School community. Principal Ashleigh Martin confirmed this gift as one of the School’s largest philanthropic donations in recent history, an example of an authentic partnership with an incredibly generous family whose values align strongly with those of Caulfield Grammar School.
A gift that has delivered a wonderful facility for the School community already being utilised as a multi purpose venue by students and staff, one that will impact thousands of students in years to come. This donation has also supported several other projects including the installation of coaches boxes, light towers and adjustable safety nets behind the goals posts. Such generosity and support from our community through the CGS Foundation, contributes to the School achieving its Strategy Plan 2031 pillar of providing ‘Contemporary Learning Environments’ through improved and updated sporting facilities.
