About Alex Stone

Alex Stone graduated from Caulfield Grammar in 2010 and pursued a psychology degree at Deakin University before discovering her passion for dietetics. She completed an undergraduate degree in Nutrition Science and a Master of Dietetics at Monash University. Alex began her career volunteering at the St Kilda VFL Club and worked her way up to positions at St Kilda AFL and Hawthorn Football Club. She currently serves as a dietitian for Hawthorn and also works at the Sports Physio and Health Clinic in Glen Iris, specialising in sports nutrition and athlete health.
